Antibodies (also known as immunoglobulins, abbreviated (Ig) are gamma globulin proteins that are found in blood or other bodily fluids of vertebrates, and are used by the immune system to identify and neutralize foreign objects, such as bacteria and viruses. As an antigen is injected into the mammal, it induces the B-lymphocytes to produce IgG immunoglobulins specific for the antigen. The unique part of the antigen recognized by an antibody is called the epitope. These epitopes bind with their antibody in a highly specific interaction. Polyclonal antibodies (or antisera) are antibodies that are obtained from different B cell resources. They are a combination of immunoglobulin molecules secreted against a specific antigen, each identifying a different epitope. Due to polyclonal antibodies recognize multiple epitopes on any one antigen, cause agglutination and precipitation reactions, it is widely used in the field of immunological diagnosis.

Monoclonal antibodies (mAb or moAb) are monospecific antibodies that are the same because they are made by identical immune cells that are all clones of a unique parent cell. The mAb has many advantages: specificity, homogeneity, high efficiency and infinity. The use of monoclonal antibodies is numerous and includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease.
Monoclonal antibodies have a single, selected specificity and which, usually, are secreted continuously by “immortalized” hybridoma cells. A hybridoma is a biologically constructed hybrid of an antibody- producing lymphoid cell and a malignant (immortal) myeloma cell. Hybridoma technology is a technology of forming hybrid cell lines (called hybridomas) by fusing a specific antibody-producing B cell with a myeloma (B cell cancer) cell that is selected for its ability to grow in tissue culture and for an absence of antibody chain synthesis. The antibodies produced by the hybridoma are all of a single specificity and are therefore monoclonal antibodies (in contrast to polyclonal antibodies).

The project starts after confirmed by the client, and the final delivery antibody will be checked through phosphorylated peptides and non phosphorylated peptide double testing. Phosphorylation of monoclonal antibody preparation (mouse) 
Firstly, Design and synthesis of phosphorylated peptide, synthesis 10 mg of phosphorylated peptides and 5 mg of phosphorylated peptides.

Fifthly, Proliferation and selection, detect the positive cloning by ELISA and the subcloning. Subtype identification results and complete project report will be provided.
